Sid Cup Renovation

This project involved the renovation of an exceptional building owned by an investment banker. The aim was to create space for leisure and a family home while preserving the listed building external facade.

Challenges

The property, valued at £75 million, required the installation of 5 kitchens at different floor levels, including a rooftop garden. The project's unique aspect was maintaining the building's historic exterior while implementing modern interior designs.

Work Carried Out

A renowned architect redesigned the property, and a Fulham-based upscale design studio was commissioned to design and supply all 5 kitchens, including appliances. Habtu Renovations executed the final stage, collaborating with the architect, kitchen design studio, and developer to deliver impeccable quality finishes. The project was featured on the TV series, "Britain’s Most Expensive Houses.
